How deep does the pool need to be to have this type of slide? Would 4ft depth work? TIA

Does this slide need to be grounded? I don't see any metal parts except the screws that attach to the concrete.

No it does not need to be ground. It’s all plastic except for the hardware.

I have this exact slide and connected a hose with a T valve connector to my polaris cleaner hose connection and works great

Hi Coleen, there are several ways you can do this but here are 3 that you can consider. 1. Dig under the deck and drill through deck to run your line. 2. Cut the deck, run the line and then patch your deck.

​@SwimmingPoolKit or use the not so clean method of running an external pump that pulls water from the pool up into the slide? It's not as elequiant, but it would get the job done.

This is what I was wanting to know. I bought a house with an old pool and all the cement was poured years ago. So how would I get a line to it?

Easy, connect a hose to the same connection where your polaris pool output is inside your pool . Just need a T valve so it connects both to your pool cleaner and the pool slide. Just have to turn the valve to direct the water to the cleaner after you use the slide. My slide is bolted right next to where the output is on my pool wall so hose cleaner so hose connection is very seemless and inconspicuous
