It is a traditional Maharashtrian recipe of Gongura leaves sabzi in marathi known as Ambadichi Bhaji. This is very unique recipe, in which Gongura leaves with steamed coarse sorghum/jowar mixture. It is very healthy and tasty recipe. You can enjoy it with chapati, jowar bhakri, etc.

Ingredients:-
For 3-4 serving
3palmful of Gongura/ambadi leaves
(Take just Leaves and wash it properly)
1/2cup sorghum/jowar
5-6green chillies
8-9garlic cloves
1&1/2tsp cumin seeds
1/4tsp turmeric powder
Salt as per taste required
