How to enable fly mode?

I don't mod the game. I use an external program that is specifically for Unreal Engine.I can stop time, I can modify Lumen, I can remove fog..... I can watch ingame videos in the external view while in the game. There are a lot of things you can do with it. There is one problem with it, it is not stable and sometimes the game freezes.I work on Unreal Engine 5 so I know a lot about its inner workings.
