I think if you get your reputation up high enough or become friendly enough with the barman and bar guards in Rostok, a new dialogue option will appear for the guy whos always guarding the door to the back area of the bar. select it and he will move out of the way and you can find Nimble in the back of the bar, he sells the WA2000 and a bunch of other one of a kind and rare guns.

No, this is CoC (Call of Chernobyl), it's a standalone mod for Call of Pripyat that merges all the maps from the trilogy into one. The original CoC was really unstable and crushed often due to it's devs trying to shove 3 games worth of content into a one outdated 32 bit engine. IWP fixes that issue by modifying the engine into a 64 bit one (made by the dev, it's called CryRay x64).
