I definitely wouldn't add baby powder to the squishy until AFTER painting because it will absolutely affect how well your paint adheres to the surface because it will be adhering to the powder not the surface of the squishy gel.

I get the elves box too and I can't get my UV pieces to not be tacky using the LED lamp they provided and that I see you using. I don't understand how you get it to work? It's a 6w and the UV resin Sophie and toffee give needs 36w. What am I missing?

This is why we need a company in Singapore to make this box. Here in the U.S., there would be warning signs posted all over the advertisements saying "Not intended for children".

@@sandrartes In Singapore, most parents are responsible. It's cultural. Here in the U.S. things are very different. You have some parents who do "Google University" parenting. Talk to them as adults, even if they are only 2. So if a child of a guest grabs something unsafe, there isn't enough time to intervene before the parent is done "explaining".
