DV केस मे सही वकील मिलना बहुत मुश्किल है, पक्षकार को बिना समझाये केस लेते है और और चलता है सालों साल, तारीख़ पर तारीख़| जज साहब और वकील दोनों पर जिम्मेदारी डाले ताके फैसला ६ माह के अंदर होना चाहिये|

ऐसा नही है । fraud के केस में कईं माता पिता अन्दर गए हैं लड़की भी गई है । बड़ी बात ये है कि मन्दबुद्धि लड़के video,audio recording नही करते हैं । सबूत नही रखते हैं ।
