Some are black, some are white, some are Middle Eastern, I've episode takes place in Japan where they help to arrest a criminal that escaped after being transported, there's one where a (I assume) Middle Eastern woman is kidnapped (country never named, I assume Iran or Saudi Arabia) and needs to be saved. I won't say the antagonists of that episode since that would spoil it. They're not all one type.
