It's true, this particular trail can be quite demanding due to its uneven terrain, steep sections, and sometimes overgrown pathways. It's always important to assess a trail's difficulty level and be prepared both physically and mentally before embarking on such an adventure.

@@ArrNic Yes. Although one possible path for me is to just walk down from the Shing Mun Reservoir main dam to the bridge under the highway tunnel, and then turn back. The path of the Lower Shing Mun Reservoir after the bridge is the main challenging part
