Zia bhai i agree to most of your points but i have a question from my personal experience.. as you said that in case of rapes, appearance of victims doesn't matter but in case of harassments it matters.. i was raped when i was a kid and it happened in my own household.. so i understand this part.. But later i grew up and started doing parda.. i used to go to university on public transportation wearing full hijab and abaya and still i used to get cat called, inappropriately touched on streets, followed by random men.... so at this point the men in Pakistan are so mentally corrupt that dressing does not even matter.. they are gonna do it even to a fully covered women as well.. what do you think about that? And I'm sure I'm not the only unlucky covered woman who has experienced that..

The problem with the e-11 and bahria establishments is that they are backed by criminal and sometimes even official elements but the real question is that what is the reason behind mushroom growth of such places and the reason is simple since inception of pakistan there was only one place where such activities used to take place or maybe there were more but all of them were dedicated places or streets. Then when religious elements became more prominent in terms of politics many people attacked or targeted these places causing them to disperse at the same time agenda backers which have always been here since inception got more fearless and supported these elements and helped them establish their setups such that eventually the governments that turned up in a way facilitated these establishments for they acted under various guises and obviously were and are frequented by popular people. Now this wont be the first time someone tries to take action against these elements and i am not discouraging you but think of it as a heads-up since you said non-violent and protesting sadly these criminals have become more resilient to these basic techniques to add to it as said earlier that they are backed by some elements those elements will throw law or just some other clause maybe even religion (misquoted or misnterpreted) itself at you and renders all efforts as useless secondly there is more than likely chance youth club incurs wrath of an influential backer which again will only falter spirits you will lose support and ultimately religion bears the cost as always has. the only solutions to the problem is either what was before the beginning of pakistan is to contain it in places and then make concerted efforts to keep people from going to these places which again is unfortunate since families move to these places because they are cheap and they are cheap for the very reason that such establishments are operating there or just the owners dont really care, the other method if you want to get rid of the weed, the unwanted virus walk in with fire blazing use what their backers will money,influence force thats the only way that the process will be hindered again not uprooted entirely because sadly its a problem rooted in human nature. so its either the human element is removed or whatever is feeding the nature latter of which again can only be controlled in close groups or on a personal level not at a giant scale. Lest we should pray that sanity prevails among the nation and its decision makers also the humans that atleast dwell this expanse of land on earth.
