Nothing like Tender loin , SirLoin and off course Lamb Shoulder Ribs .If Steak is dry not juicy then it is more like HunterBeef or Beed jerky . Black Angus cow is delicious . Nice to see you again . Best regards

I think you may not restrict your self to time frame. If you like some thing to see, see it. You will not get second chance. Idea behind using karavan is removing limitations of fast seeing and enjoying the things come in your way. But at the end, it's your show, do it as you like it.
