I'm going to have to disagree with Mr Kyula on the hiring practices that he is talking about. The United States is not a place to reference when it comes to labour laws and practices. The US economy at this point is fueled by greed and exploitation, which is why they are having a labour crunch. At will contracts cannot work in a society where there are no unemployment benefits, as companies here can fire arbitrarily, leaving people down and out with no social safety net. We cannot divorce empathy and humanity with how we practice business. That is the recipe to create a legacy built on sand. Just my two cents.
