I thought it would have been a given, that you would harvest the hind quarters, back steaks, eye fillets & the heart. Seems somewhat wasteful otherwise. Cheers for the video & to your success. 🍻😎

I was a fair way from the car. With a buck in this condition I can’t imagine the meat was going to be much better than for dog meat. Maybe it is a waste but the farmer up there just shoots them and leaves them so guess taking some is better then none. Cheers for the comment👍👍

I once saw a Murray Cod suck a fallow deer fawn off the edge of a dam, incredible stuff!
