Can you tell me the name of the form that proves you have registered your S1 with INSS. I have sent the details of my S1 to them but they have come back and said I have to have a visa, padron etc...

Could be a problem if they are in english depending on who your GP is. Medical records are an official requirement more a good idea to have if needed

Just to confirm, we have to register the S1 with a medical center in Spain, get proof of S1 being registered and produce this at the visa application interview. Is this correct please/

You will need to register with the social security not a medical centre 👍

Question...you say take your medical records with you, do UK doctors hand over all of your records in paper form, i think a lot is online now,so do UK doctors send you all of your records in digital form? Wont there be a problem in Spain if all records are in English?
