@SFCProJunior most of the billy players are running brimstone r5 with perfect disk drives, and on top of that, they are the 1% hard-core gamers who play high rank fighting games or games like elden ring or sakiro no damage runs. This person is just really good at playing the game, it's not soldier 11 or billy that's carrying the game, it's the player using them. If you have seen high-level harumasa game play, you will know what I am talking about

S11 takes a long time to burn, so the set uptime is very low, while 4WP is always active. With Lighter + Lucy, 4inferno is better :3
