It just needs a rework on the hero skill fill rate since its falling behind because of the charge skills

@@user-gs1zg6xu3j in this video the guy missed the chance to use his vision blow instant (Ex) skill by not using the charged version of vision blow. if he did use the vision blow by charging it (needless to fully finish the skill) and use the instant skill right after, his hero skill gauge recharging might have recharged whole lot faster
