hey man, at the 7 minute mark, it looks like the washer is on top of the ear for the caliper? if you dont grind the caliper down i would highly suggest running that bolt with loctite + lock washer (not the flat washer)

Hey man, thanks for the all the knowledge you've been putting out ! I have a question. My S-chassis have a black undercoat, what is the process of removing it to uncover rust ? I want the shop to do it but I dont know if any random body shop will do or will it have to be a restoration shop ? btw wheel arches, trunk and struts are clean, I don't expect there to be a lot of rust I just want the undercoat gone for peace of mind.

If its similar to how mines is in the wheel wells its probably a type of spray on or roll on bedliner for protection. No choice but to scrape it off or find a way do dissolve it. Either way its going to take alot of effort. You could probably start with a wire wheel. My inner tubs were coated with this and the coating has only chipped away after repeated wacking with a hammer trying to clear my wheels

you might want to consider some kind of media blasting. you could have someone professional do it or get a small unit and do it yourself. no matter how you go about it its going to be very messy and time consuming. but at least the media blasting is a bit easier than forcefully applying pressure yourself to scrap or grind everything off
