I know this is from almost 4 months ago and maybe you already found this tip in the meantime, but you can populate the mod matrix way faster, if you eg press and hold LFO4 and then press Mixer. All you then need to do is select the right Mixer option and the amount. You got yourself another subscriber. 😊

Beautiful Synth. I have been looking at reviews comparing the desktop model with the new Explorer. Any suggestions from your perspective? I am not sure if I need another keyboard synth. I like my Novation Launchpad X . Also, not as much menu diving on the desktop model. What stand are you using? Thanks Chris!

To the right of the main screen is a button labeled "INIT" - press that and whatever patch you are on will initialize. If you want your own saved to memory, just save it and label it "INIT" and there you go!

Nice synth. What are you using for efx?? I use to go to Ensoniq clinics when the synths were first introduced. I have my new Mercury 7 pedal dumping into my Polara and Obscura, which sounds amazing. Pads are my favorites, especially long sweeping pads. This Hydra, seems pretty intense. Great presentation my friend! 🎹 🎶 😎

I have it in "scale row" which puts the pads horizontal and in scale. That may have something to do with it!

I guess this tutorial wasn't meant to be followed? Because the way you jump around between everything at a breakneck speed not really stating the parameters till after the fact and often changing them after the fact... wow... I've loved your stuff up to this point...but this...this just seemed phoned in... By the way I WAS trying to follow along at - 25% speed... couldn't do it...
