Theres alot of factors sir. Depending on the thickness of the air at night it will cause the bike to work harder as it has to cut through air. Air density is everything at those speeds. i bet if u drafted the ducati u will hit 195 200 no problem. the bike sounds and looks like its running to par as i can see. i would do a look over tho.
