I think u should consider installing full length wood beams of 2x2, 2x1.5 or 3x1.5 inches on top and bottom of entrance of batroom door, if the spaces allows you,😊. I dont know if previously u used beam column structure in washroom, if not and planning to redo consider doing beam column strucute atleast on the corners and top and bottom of washroom. Vibration is biggest killer of fixed structures. As i recall correctly from ur RV building videos, u did not use any suspension in ur RV Bed and RV Axle. I think some kind of suspenssion system should reduce vibration related failures in ur RV in the long run. Anyhow enjoyed the 2nd season and ur life journey stories while virtually visiting Canada with you.

The bathroom has a frame structure, and I have reinforced the door with an aluminum frame too. The problem should be solved now. As for suspension, the RV has it built into the axle. Its called a torsion axle and it dampens vibrations brilliantly.
