Thank you! In some ways we feel like we are "too late" for the undiscovered Montenegro but there's still plenty of opportunities to escape the tourists either by going inland or just out of season. We'll definitely return! 😊

Just came back from Kotor yesterday. My wife and I drove from Belgrade and we were stationed in Budva (south of Kotor and Tivat). Our Scottish friends were on Cruise tour and when I found out their stop is Kotor on 11th July we decided to surprise them and give them a private tour. My choice was exactly the same: serpentine road to the top where we stopped at the small pub located on the cliff with the wonderful view above and had a local cuisine of local prosciutto, local cheese and local olives and cucumber slices and some tomatoes. We did not have problems with our small car Fiat 500L getting buy the traffic on the narrow road but I admire your effort and bravery to get Milli through even though many drivers were fair and considerate. Our friends arrived on time but since they didn't know we were waiting for them they took their time to get off the cruiser so there was not much time left for the rest of the Kotor to see. And if you taught you were getting glimpse of the busy season, you should have seen our crawling pace just to get to the port and old town entrance. Total traffic collapse. The only time left for them to have a short walk through the old town streets but at least the weather was beautiful. Because of this I never had a chance to take them for a stroll in Perast or swim in Risan as planned. Luckily you did the tour for us so I am sending them this link of your video just to let them see what have they missed. Your videos are so professional not only for the drone you own but your editing and choice of angels and also main actors are perfect for the role ,-) I saw your video only after we came back from Kotor so I was glad you uploaded it for all of us to enjoy it. We have been following you since Greece and cannot wait your next videos from Bosnia...

Wow, what spectacular views from that parking spot! The windy road looks quite scary - well done André for navigating it safely. How fortunate you are to have met wonderful friends like Debbie & Zoran who seem to share your joyous spirit. Must be quite a challenge getting your rain soaked clothes dry in the camper.

WOW! Montenegro, what a beauty! Lovely film again, of a STUNNING location! Happy onward travels guys. We were saying as we enjoyed the views (and Lisa's elegant entrance into the water!), that you always seem to genuinely appreciate every moment of your epic adventures and how privileged we feel to be living our own version of life on the road. At the risk of being repetitive, you continue to inspire us ❤

Thank you so much! The more one does this, the more you learn how to appreciate the little things. You'll have things on your bucket list and you should definitely chase those, but often it's the unexpected that becomes the most memorable! We also enjoy watching you guys being brave and following your dreams, it takes a lot of courage. Keep on enjoying your journey! 😍🤗 And thanks for being such a great part of our community 😊

Strange that you didn't show and mention the reason why Perast is so famous - the two islands in front of it. We were in Risan last summer. A lovely little town, shops nearby, pharmacy, good and reasonably priced restaurants and nice beaches. Between Risan and Perast, there is an oyster restaurant. A lovely local couple serving locally produced oysters and fish, serving it with excellent home made Chardonnay from Trebinje. Trebinje is really beautiful with a well preserved old town and stunning mountains opposite the town. Cuisine is top notch and cheaper than at the coast. It might also be the best wine producing region of Bosnia & Herzegovina with several excellent wineries. Vukoje and the Tvrdoš monastery are the two most well known. Trebinje is very connected to western Montenegro, culturally, linguistically, DNA (tallest in Europe), wine varieties, culinary, and in earlier days they moved back and forth, the dialect spoken is Montenegrinian. When we have a policy of tearing down the borders in Europe, the same politicians in Brussels built other borders cutting the same people in half. 😢

Thanks Emil. We can't show or talk about everything in each video and we prefer not to make 'guides' as there's already so much of it (and much better than we can do it anyway). We were thinking of staying at an small campsite for a day and SUP around the islands but alas. Definitely agree that Risan is reasonable value and a great location. Some bad news is that all the oyster and mussel farms are temporarily closed as a disease has affected them which is potentially hazardous for humans. Devastating for these operators to loose a years worth of labour and input. Hopefully it will be dealt with soon. Tribenje is our first stop after Montenegro. Lovely town and region. ❤️
