I Watched this with tears running down my eyes coz of the story Lesedi shared about that telenovela on showmax coz i was one of the women who auditioned for that roll as a size 42 plus size women this industry is not fair on big girls. I have been trying to get in since 2017 . I remember i once auditioned for a feature film and i remember how i was told coz of your size you dont qualify for that role never mind that they were moved by my performance but my talent ddint matter. It broke my heart and self-esteem so today its hard to entre an audition room and not think of what was said. Hearing what lesedi said just reminded me how plus size is always disregarded or shut out.

Sedi. you will get roles that are bigger and better than what you imagined and auditioned for, just don't give up.
