I'm so thankful that The LORD called me to Pentecost. My journey has led me to 4 different apostolic churches in North & South Dakota. All 4 churches emphasized pre-service prayer. Now, I really understand the importance dying at the altar in pre-service prayer. I never looked at it that way before. I thought that pre-service was creating an atmosphere of inviting God in. Now, I understand the atmosphere comes later. Praise God! Amen@Hallelujah!

I agree with this message. And at the same time was slain in the Spirit and baptized in The Spirit , receiving the gifts of Tongues. Just wanted you to know that. I think we don't know all. But, thankfully "we" are learning ❤

At the 16 min mark where he says he doesn’t think Jesus stepping into that atmosphere to compete is what has been bothering me the most. Worship service has become a so called spiritual concert! Bring back the Worship and then you will see great things happen.

This is a late ask for this video's post date so I'll probably put it in this week's podcast episode comments as well. As a young single guy, I'd like a podcast about relationship type stuff I suppose. I know it's been touched on a little in other broadcasts in a sense. Really I ask because at times it feels like my desire to get married or pursue a relationship can be warped by my own thoughts or spiritual attacks or just past sin in general; the warping makes it to where my desire for marriage/(pure) dating makes me feel disregarded or unworthy for past sin. Idk if anyone else feels like that sometimes, but I would appreciate a direct approach against it from something like this as well as I will be searching for answers in my own prayers and readings. (I'm trying to pursue God first before I pursue anyone, but at what point am I trying to qualify for something God already says is mine?) Wow, that was a lengthy way to just put what is probably the ACTUAL question in parenthetical.

They put their emphasis too much on technology in the buildings in the operation of it instead of getting into the presence and dwelling in the presence of God. It’s all become a theatrical show.

I’ve seen this…I believe there is a lack of true dedication to God including a personal, consistent prayer life, outside of church, daily! One can tell when they are trying to hype it up, the swinging of the arms, the jumping, etc. The contrast when there has been a push for revival and a call to prayer and fasting, the contrast of the anointing is obvious and clearly apparent. I’ve seen the hype, then the disappointment when the song didn’t bring the house down. They walk off the stage with their heads down. If, as you have been saying, we would change the culture to seeking God for His anointing to reach the lost, the anointing to bring us higher in Christ. This is such good teaching which really needs to be taught and caught! What would happen if pastors set the worship team down, when he realized they had not put in their prayer time, when they were simply performing?
