There are so many choices nowadays when it comes to metaverse lands - sand, mana, axs, etc. I'm currently following one called Ertha based on BSC. Every token seems to be throwing itself to the metaverse hype. Anyway, thanks for your tips.

I definetly agree with this comment because there are so many choices especially with these earth related nfts (virtual real estate) Ertha, next earth, super world. How do we know which ones are the scams and which ones are not the scams, I mean I like the fact that this guy comes out to speak so I guess that makes the project a little more trust worthy, but at the end of the day every investment is a risk, so I guess due dilligence is the only way to get peace of mind.
