Jake you are not alone, I am from a broken family too and my childhood wasn’t the happiest time. Marriage is an interesting topic cause I didn’t grow up seeing a “happy family”, I genuinely can’t picture myself with someone forever but hopefully someone will bring me out of that mindset in the future :)

Re 8 month situationship girl - I don’t think she’s looking for closure. Low key I think the sex in that relationship was probably the best she’s ever had, despite how toxic the relationship was. I’d bet she was thinking about that while she was drunk and messaged him as a result. She definitely needs to tell her boyfriend about that but I maintain that the toxic guy was slinging some serious pipe 😂
