Before entering the laundry business in the Philippines, be very careful you understand the rules over there. its much different for those who are used to things in the states.

Definitely. Philippine settings are very different from developed countries. One major difference, the owner or operator of a self-service laundry shop in the Philippines can not afford to just leave the machines with no attendants. Filipino customes will either not know how to use (so they need someone to guide them) or they might misuse the machines (since no one is around.)

@@laundrypreneurtv The main difference is that in the States there are big Laundromats and are only used mostly by customers who does not have a Washer and Dryer. Because in the States, almost if not all residential and commercial has gas pipes/lines making gas easily accessible. Meaning almost all homes has a gas line which they use for a Dryer Machine. Unlike in the Philippines, even you buy an expensive Dryer it would most likely be an Electric Dryer. Since it will be costly if you by a Gas Dryer and will have to make sure that you have scheduled delivery of Gas refill monthly.

depende po sa actual requirements ng landlord at ng LGU. but this can include your shop plan that includes water, electrical, ducting, gas line, and drainaige plans.

hindi po adviseable. una, inconvenient sa customers and sa staff pag magakyat at baba ng laundry. pangalawa, yung weight and vibration ng machines baka makaapekto sa building.

Ang pressure tank po ay hindi sapat na storage for water requirements sa laundry. Kailangan nyo po ng separate water storage tank. At kung poso o balon lang source of water sa area, ibig sabihin, hard water po ang tubig. Hindi po adviseable gamitin sa washer. Need po ma convert sa soft water bago pumasok sa washer. May mga devices po to convert hard water to soft. Please consult with water treatment professional.

bkit po kailngan ng dryer wla b sariling dryer ang front load?

for front load commercial washers, meron pong spin drying. kailangan pa rin po ilagay sa dryer para totally dry ang items. yung mga nabibili po sa appliance stores na front load fully automatic washer with dryer, yun po kasama na din ang dryer sa isang unit. pero hindi po adviseable na ganun ang gamitin sa shop dahil after washing and spinning, ideally dapat available na po ulit ang washer for the next load. samantalang ilalagay na sa separate dryer unit ang kalalaba at kakaspin lang na laundry.
