[S2FM] Locked Within

Walking in the wrong place at the wrong time during the Combine's reign tends to not end very well.
Hi! Apologies for the long silence. I guess it's true that projects always take longer than you estimate. Doesn't help that my perfectionism and anxiety surrounding this one has made me re-render and re-edit and re-animate many parts that didn't feel good at first. I still felt like it wasn't high quality enough to be uploaded on KZbin so it has stayed in limbo for quite a bit (except on my Patreon). I just had to make the courage to say "fuck it" and not worry about some imaginary standard I was supposed to reach. So here it is, my first long animation made in S2FM. I hope you enjoy it.

the eye movement is on point, really makes this guy feel alive edit: the blood on his face is surprisingly detailed as well, when he wipes it it doesn't all come off, and only the blood he wiped away gets smudged rather than the whole texture. this entire video is extremely well put together, i prefer this way over the creepypastas

This animation was well-made, although i have some things to say. First the plot is just kinda circle around Since the zombie above the ladder jumped down, granting him the chance to reach the ladder. I know the plot is supposed to feel 'dread' but it didn't execute well. since he had power-ups such as shotgun and pistol but wasted them. I don't know how he hurt his legs when he fell from his back nor did the grenade shrapnel hit him. But overall a solid animation, just some logic is lil off.

I love it! The story and how you portrayed it is really cool, I loved the camera angles as well. But also I have some critique on your work, lighting is very bland and plain, animations are pretty stiff at times, and you could have done more work with scene's environments.
