I will never understand the sacking system in FIFA. Win the Quadruple but forget to buy 4 youth players you don't need? Be gone! You'd get a statue irl! However, in FIFA, you get fired and have to manage Southampton for 3 months. After this, you have to rebuild another club that have sold their best players, are playing a CB at LW for some reason, and have no subs. Manager careers are genuinely insane in FIFA. It also bugs me that you can't contact a club to register interest in managing them. It's tiring having to just wait and hope a decent club pops up on the browse jobs section.
