Karl and E’s perspective in this conversation is the difference maker! Everyone wants to believe that that have the make-up of CJ and ‘Mal - but it’s not true! Be your authentic self! All personalities can be successful! There’s no good or bad personality - know yourself and go your way!

Automation Mastery For Coaches I am becoming less of a consumer and more of a giver. For example, I don't spend time with friends or parties anymore. I work longer hours in my business, spend more time in school crafting my skills, and share my time with family. I give by being the best version of myself and offer the best services. I have also been taught through the S2S Podcast that being wealthy is not wrong. Being wealthy is actually my responsibility to break a chain in my family to create generational wealth. I can go on and on, there is so much I have received from this podcast, it is amazing!

"I talk to myself and I talk to my Creator.' Dang. That's it right there! Working on doing that as a source of primary energy. E is right. If you depend on others for energy or affirmation, it limits you. As a High S and I, God has blessed me just this week to realize I need to shut out the other influences to an extent and listen to HIM and then myself. Be still and know....Be confident within myself. Then everything else is gravy!

When it comes to what CJ said at the start the only thing I would add is no one should be hesitate to hire a mentor. A mentor will shave off YEARS of ups and downs. Most people who've made it ultra big time like Steve Jobs, had a mentor in some way. No one is EVER self made. CJ acted as a mentor if anything to Tobe. That's the only thing that wasn't explained well. Don't go solo. Get a mentor in your field and speed up the process. Life is too short.

Absolutely, I agree 100%. Many very successful people have more than one mentor to cover every areas of their lives or even a single area , spiritual, business, financial, etc. Mentorship is a game changer. I hope and pray one day they will develop this subject on the podcast. One thing I would suggest the person/mentee walk in humility, grace and respect for the mentor's grind since the mentor is way ahead up there on the ladder and never ever focus on the mentor's weakness(es) but focus on what is being thought and absolutely do the work. No mentor wants to waste his/her time. Amazing and dope podcast, so grateful for these 👑. 💪🏿🤗🎺👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿

This type of a podcast is one where I need to play over, and over, and over again. So many gems! I am absolutely so happy that someone can understand me, like Carl. That assessment is far more valuable than the price they are asking. I am a HIGH S. VERY high.

39:05 - I think it’s because we need affirmation and validation to accomplish our goals. From walking, to running, to riding a bike. If there’s something that you’re not used to doing, you need to be affirmed through your community or family. Without that, it’s harder to be “successful.” But, when you realize that you can do it all by yourself and make your fire so hot on your own, others will try to join in after you have already done it.

I love how they find their balance and create synergy among each other it's like they know what their own personality. they know how they act and throughout the years they find their balance to work with each other. they know where Their individual weaknesses And synergistically help each other. I have not taken the Assignment but I know I'm a "Karl". I know I need to find people that not necessarily giving me a handout but synergistically help me out like a CJ or Mal. They're more of a "figure it out and do it yourself" type of love. for somebody like me, a.k.a. "A Carl " i Don't need to be coddled that's the best way to learn and I see that now. the downfall in a "carl" personality is that if we find dependency we latch onto that for good It's like riding a bike with training wheels in your 30s to get candy For a friend. we're riding a bicycle, yes But we need training wheels. We are completing the task get the candy, yes, But the motive is not our own . and we never learn how to be fully Autonomous for our own purpose, to be completely independent, or have an independent drive. ps sorry For the long self-assessment or To use Carl as an example 😅

Another great episode..... I always thought I needed to develop my projects alone to protect my feelings and avoid disappointments. However, once the program was specifically structured; I was able to successfuly allocate responsibilities and receive support from others. My goal is getting the right mentor to "execute" in less time. Thanks guys, especially Karl, for your transparency.

I'm a little confused and need help understanding. This episode it's not cool to help ya mans get on by leveraging your relationships. But a couple of episodes we were applauding The Detroit Lions because the made the daughter the new boss even though she may not have been the most deserving or qualified. I'm just trying to understand the difference because I don't see the leveraging part to be much different. If your man can get you in the club through the back door and have a table waiting for you, you are not going to say, "Naw I'll wait 2 hours in line and pay for price for the table"

I'm like CJ and I get really short with people who don't execute. It's what causes a lot of the conflict with my brother. He has a lot of energy but he doesn't execute and needs someone to get him going where as I just get things done. But then I can't do energy and public speaking for example and he doesn't understand why I can't do those things well and don't like them. It's not that one is right and one it wrong but what it does mean is that people like my brother will sit at home and do nothing if someone doesn't start the engine for them.
