Ok, study CCNA from network perspective & Study Microwave Transmission basics if you work in Microwave field for transmission Or Study Fiber (DWDM) if you wanna be in field of transmission but from fiber gate Or study both of them MW Transmission & DWDM BUT you must study 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G basics of each system and you already did it from 2G perspective.

In inter BTS/inter BSC/inter MSC How Old MSC know that the target cell is exactly in this MSC(new MSC)? It must go to HLR then HLR inform him(inform old MSC) about the location of target cell (in which MSC) is the location of target cell or every BCCH fraq is known in the Ba list? Please clearfiy Thanks in advance💛

Sure will ask the HLR, HLR has flags to indicate the status of MS right now, if MS is making a call now, then HLR knows that and knows, so it’s easy to tell any MSC about that. BA List belongs to radio part (BTS, BSC), its only function to indicate which cells that are neighboring this cell, so MS will scan them for a probability of doing a Handover if they needed. BA list is a set of BCCH frequencies that indicate each neighbor cell, no a locations.
