I have been carrying bear spray for years on back country hikes and it won’t go off accidentally. You have to slide back the white clip (sometimes orange) to press it. It is the safety. Also make sure the wind is not blowing in ur direction or u’ll spray ur self.

You should also carry a bear banger flare on you. It helps in scaring off the bear from a distance instead of waiting it to come closer in spraying range. I've seen these work from a safe distance

@Syedshah561 mine was very high milage when I bought it, 207000 kms. Now its 160000 kms. But be very careful buying one. I know engines and cars very well so I could see mine was a very well maintained car, but you could make a big mistake 😊
