I’ve never been pregnant but I completely get Mel when she said the thing about the mirror. In the last 3 years I’ve worked in a really toxic work environment working 14+ hours a day I gained 30+ pounds and ate junk food almost every day. Not only did my finances plummet even though I was making 3x more than I ever was but every time I looked at myself in the mirror I felt disgusted, I started to hate taking pictures I just felt awful because I knew this wasn’t me. This year I said enough is enough I’m eating better I’m working out more and I’m working on work life balance. God has been working on me every step of the way
