Y me permití hacer un ranking personal y originalmente la había colocado por debajo de Margarito y Serafín y por encima de Machine Man; pero al observar bien su técnica, definitivamente es la Top 1. Y sí, tienes razón, los shoe shiner de "El Amigo Danny" son nivel "Leyenda".

Well, if the sole is leather, it would be good to hydrate it So maybe clean it and then condition it?

I think for peace of mind. Id say it’s to prevent cross contamination to the foot stands and it’s to give a reassurance to the customer that they are using sanitiser spray on that point of contact. Does it work?... not really sure but I’d rather have them do it than not do it.

I think they will fade and lighten again once the wax polish has weathered and natural light tends to fade them too.
