Please excuse me adding a reply but there arre good fishing maps available for all of the Galveston area. Giving where too launch katak/boats, depth charts, what fish is caught where and GPS codes. Think about $20. Handy till you make your own. I found it useful when I first moved here as SOME anglers/tackle shops can keep the fishing spots tight to their chest lol

@@ChewingToons where do I find those maps you speak of I'll pay for them
@ChewingToons3 жыл бұрын
@@darrendavis3410 Theres quite a few different ones if you Google them. From different types of Aps for your Mobile phone to normal maps. And they have them for Waders or for boats. Depending your needs.Im not sure IF this is the one I got as it was a few years ago but looks very similar. www.fishingbuddymaps.com/laminated-gps-fishing-maps/galveston-bay-west-waders-fishing-map-with-gps/ Theres other options for boats too. This ones on Amazon but google around for other options as there are a few. www.amazon.co.uk/Hook-N-Line-Maps-F102-Fishing-Galveston/dp/B000FRWQGE

Honestly I’d recommend going to a reputable kayak dealer. There’s so many options that may work for some but not for you or your skill level. Best to engage in conversation with someone who will listen to what matters to you. Good luck!
