idk if u've seen but its been said for people who have featured banner weap at least, should run atk%/havoc% cuz of diminishing return, idk about 2x atk% tho

It's not just with her signature weapon, it's with any sword. I tested it with the gorilla boss in the tower at lvl 100. After getting fully consistent with the boss there was never a kill time that I got in double Havoc echoes that was higher than the best times I was able to get with Atk/Havoc. It seems that rumors are checking out. I used the standard 5*sword and If this is the case with the standard 5* then it should be safe to assume it's the case for any sword.

Depends what you want from it, crownless gives you dmg buffs, and dreamless gives you a echo good for some extra dmg while switching to another unit
