Great show, really helpful to learn about all the new players. A good mix of transfers and freshmen, coaching staff has a big job in meshing and molding the players into a cohesive unit. It seems that there must be a lot of character players in the newcomers, as several players have been captains at the college level as well as the junior level. Bodes week for the team. Should be a fun season, there's certainly a lot of potential! Go Mavs!

It will definitely be an interesting season going in - and it will be fascinating to see what the identity of this particular incarnation of the Mavericks becomes this season. Hoping that the maturity, hockey I.Q., and talent help the team hit the ground running (or maybe that's "hit the ice skating"). 👍🏒

The lines can easily change throughout the season. We could start our 4th line certain games too. Exhibition game could say a lot on who is good and what lines to use.

I got a new car and new radio for my bedroom this summer. I can listen to AM radio (1290 KOIL) a lot easier now and no static issues listening at home and my new car has the UNO Alumni frame around the back!!!

My prediction for this season is UNO Hockey will finish either 3rd or 4th in the NCHC. It could be another tight one too for the standings and we have the Cat in net again!!!

With my new job, I do not know if I will be able to make it to any games this season but could see UNO Hockey fans and maybe the team where I will be working (at the airport)

It feels weird over two years out of college you are still seeing athletes my age still in college skating due to having a 5th year of eligibility due to covid plus those skaters after graduating high school dont go to college right away and skate in the USHL for two seasons then go to college.
