Apollo wasn’t even the reason they fell out. It was because of that workout DVD when Phaedra didn’t want to pay what Kenya was asking for. Apollo came into the picture when Kenya outed him at the reunion for texting her behind Phaedra’s back. Apollo was trying to front like he couldn’t stand Kenya either because Phaedra had fallen out with her, when in actuality, he was texting her trying to see what was up. That’s when he made up that lie. Kenya had already apologized to Phaedra about Anguilla and they continued working together after that. It wasn’t until after Apollo lied, then suddenly everybody acted like the Anguilla thing was a huge deal.

it was easy to believe the lie because Kenya became overly friendly with Apollo, and didn’t respect Phaedra’s wishes to limit interaction with him. Apollo is lowdown, and imo Kenya views some women as subordinate to her and revels when they’re in pain. Like filming with Porsha’s ex to connect him with Claudia, and being eager to know Apollo’s tea when he went to jail and his fiancée was introduced to the group.

Watching this affirms that Nene was justified in feeling attacked when the women offered to “reenact” her feud with Kenya in Greece. We know from watching that it was meant to be in good fun but these girls have a history of being supremely shady and watching old seasons reminds me of that!
