Those were arguably the best years of the Late Model Stock Car division! I don’t care what track you went to, they all had full fields of lmsc’s! Caraway often had more cars than starting positions, and if you didn’t put down a solid qualifying lap, you stood a chance of loading up and going home! Far different situation in 2023 with tracks closing forever, and others just barely making it!
