Because the more people you put in one vehicle, the worse desync gets in servers. Causes huge traffic problems as the game itself tries it figure out

No real reason for it. The vehicle is upside down with the heaviest part of the vehicle (the engine block) on the road, which itself is flat/level. If we were on a hill or the vehicle was resting in another way, or right side up, I would agree with you entirely.

I drove anything from the Engine to the Rescue, Tanker, Brush, and sometimes the SUV for traffic control. I was an Lieutenant so I was also permitted to drive my POV to the scene if needed.
