I got nostalgic feeling while watching this video. Once on my server we had Search & Rescue call and we had HEMS Doctor Unit, Ambo, EMS Supervisor, 2x Fire Engines, Chief Unit, and Quad what crashed by one of our Fire Fighter who got "injured". We needed to help him out too and It took about 1-2h to Rescue one Civil and Fire Fighter.

I believe I've heard somewhere that you said that what happened was the helicopter took over itself and tried to have its own flight pattern but then you regain control at the last second and you went into the water

Okay basic explanation maybe late but whatever the rotors have a screw if the screw isn't being oiled or the oil pump for the screw fails to pump the rotor will stop rotating.
