FYI, Japan government is giving out around equivalent to P1M to a family who is willing to move out of Tokyo. Since the city of Tokyo is already over populated and by 2060 some of their provinces and small towns will no longer have young people because their birth rate is declining. The youngest person living in some of their provinces is 50 years old. But of corz meron mga requirements ang government to qualify for that grant. Imagine nauubos ang population nila, ayaw nila mag anak na. Some of their high and elementary schools are closed down kasi wala ng masyado nag enroll na kabataan. It is sad but they must do something to save their race. Imagine kung ang pinas sana mag patupad ng 2 children policy for a certain period of time lang naman.

I don't live in Japan nor have I visited, I live in North America for over 25 yrs but this info about Japan's declining population is somehow in the documentary and in the news. Korea also has the same issue soonest. China has 2 children policy too, and recently millions of Chinese are fleeing out of China because of political issues and their economy is in jeopardy, lots of jobless and newly grads could not find jobs. I suggest to everyone to be aware of what's happening around the globe. Read, watch or listen to the news. In case you run into or sat next to someone at the airport, bus, etc., who is fully aware of the current events, it is nice to be in a pleasant intelligent conversation. My experience being a traveller since 1987.
