One tip, stop graduating people without level just because they’ve been training long enough and encourage the ones who really work hard and have possibility to clime fast.. it is laughable to see a 3rd dan not making zenkutsu correctly, lifts back foot heal and with no technique whatsoever.. Just check Gankaku 39-40 in this video how it’s performed… they don’t even try. I think karate changed to the worse..
