Hello, I work for the brand. Just a few tips. Always shake the bottle before you use to mix in the serum/moisturizer. Also, it is meant to be used with finger tips like a moisturizer. The finger tips will warm up the product and evenly distribute the product with out you having to reapply multiple times with a brush. You only need like 3 drops and it will fully cover the face. A little DOES go along way.

Also, it starts out as a matte but throughout the day will change to a more healthy glow look. It's meant that way so that it last and your natural oils will will give it a glow.

I'm close to your color, a little lighter than you (I'm NC25/30 and Fenty 235) I've been told on a few occasions by TF reps that their shades tend to run warmer. In this tint I can wear either Light Beige or Natural Beige and they both work beautifully! I think their foundations are underrated and as long as you find the correct shade match they perform so well.
