About the TP-button. I don't know how it works over there in the US, but here in Sweden, when you push that button you allow the traffic announcements/news to override any channel you are listening to. Even aux, if you have it. You'll get a traffic announcement if something has happened in your proximity. Could be a car accident, (un) planned road maintenance etc. I always have it on. Great vid btw. I've owned a handful of Saabs and I'm now looking to buy a 9-3 SC diesel as my daily driver.

9-3 Aero V6 only has 250 hp, this isn't Turbo X which has 280 hp. average fuel 25~29 isn't the specification, real average is less than that number unless is 2.0 Aero.

I leased a brand new V6, (my 4th Saab) which I found very front end heavy and the loud exhaust drove me nuts. I eventually got a 2004 9-5 2.3 Turbo wagon that I have put about 85K miles on. I much prefer it to the 2 9-3s owned

Oh my specific one? Well i traded it in , couldn’t put up with the gas mileage and there was an issue with the state getting the title to me so I couldn’t register my plates. That’s all taken care of now by the dealership I traded it in at. As for the mpg, I was ok with it for a while but after replacing the fuel pump it still would get 21mpg at best. Also being a sleeper is great but these aren’t worth much at the end of the day unless you have an aero with xwd , so investing a lot of money in mods started to seem like a financial mistake.

In this video I take you around my daily. The 2006 Saab 93 Aero SportCombi Before I begin doing mods that will alter the power and handling of the car I wanted to show the car off in its stock state. As a vehicle its definitely overlooked in today's car buying market but it really shouldnt be. The Aero is Saabs highest trim , and where they put their best performing motors. The V6 turbo engine in this car produces 280bhp @ 295 lb. Ft. of torque. The interior screams upper middle class luxury of it's time and is definitely something to be considered. Its rivals of the same period would have been the BMW 335i , Audi S4 avant and Mercedes Benz C 300 of the same era. What this car lacks compared to them is its unique factor and charm. In modern time the Aero package is definitely no slouch ,especially after tuning. The power numbers get up to 400bhp range and similar torque numbers take this wagon to a pure street car that shouldnt be taken lightly. If you just want a vehicle to go from point a to b , the saab 93 should be considered, especially at its price range. These could be picked up at anywhere from $2500-$9000 and at any price point you are getting a luxury vehicle for your commuting needs. The seats are comfortable, the fuel economy is average 25-29mpg and enough power to pick up and go in emergencies.
