Great video, good quality and well articulated. Curious though, I've watched three different videos about this, and no one mentions the diameter of the plugs you're using for the balance shafts.

Nice work... Question for you though, Delete chain, delete and blank tensioner, modify lower plastic guide To act as spacer...... But why not just leave the balance shaft in situ? They won't rotate, so the shaft oilways should be blocked. Appreciate an answer buddy.

Hey bud, its more for the weight reduction aswell as they weigh a great amount. Making the engine lighter reducing the overall weight when put into the corsa hopefully increasing the power to weight ratio.😁Thanks for the comment bud appreciate all interaction!
