Boycott for development charges , NOC kaha hain ? Jo development charges ki baat kar rahain ho . Dealer ka Kitna hisaa hain is main ? DHA sai mat milahoo , DHA Ki file Faidai main hain jab k BWC Nuksan main . 61k say 65k Month kaisay dai gain log ? Kiya Pakistan main salary dollars main milti hain. BWC Awam ka paisa Lai kar Bhagnai wali hain 100% Confirm. I will sale out.

Development Charges: As experienced realtors, we can assure you that the structure of the development charges is well-planned and reasonable. The charges are based on the year you purchased the file, reflecting the development costs of that time. This is a unique offering in Pakistan, and no other developer provides this option. Moreover, you have a 2-year period to pay these charges, and you will receive possession of your plot once the payment is complete. Realtor's Earnings: Realtors do not receive a salary. We earn through commissions paid by the company on your bookings. This allows us to offer you ongoing support and services until you start building your house. Inflation and Development Costs: Inflation in Pakistan is rising rapidly, with a rate of 29.18% in 2023. Consequently, development costs are also increasing. The developers are managing these costs effectively, ensuring the quality of the project. Concerns about the Developer: If the developers intended to scam, they wouldn't invest heavily in development and handover possessions to numerous clients. No Noc available Development charges should be less than cost of land 15,000 per month installment daynay wala 60000 per month kaisay dayga duration of payment should be 5 year

Sir, First of all having this much giant Development charges does not make sense, coz No one from the customer ask you to build the expressways, Theme Parks, Mascots and Other things etc. Your calculations shall exclude all of this development charges. We trust BWC and as resale is concerned your project is one of the failure in Pakistan history.
