No Noc available Development charges should be less than cost of land 15,000 per month installment daynay wala 60000 per month kaisay dayga duration of payment should be 5 year

Sir, First of all having this much giant Development charges does not make sense, coz No one from the customer ask you to build the expressways, Theme Parks, Mascots and Other things etc. Your calculations shall exclude all of this development charges. We trust BWC and as resale is concerned your project is one of the failure in Pakistan history.
