14 states reportedly raced to pass legislation a few years go to make sure by law that the delegates in that state could not vote against the will of the people. In other words, the delegates would HAVE to vote for the candidate with the most popular votes.---- Questions- 1. Which states? Would those laws come into play for Super Tuesday? 2.
