Ahmed Abdel-Wahab graduated from the College of Shariah and earned a Master's Degree in Fiqh from the Islamic University of Madinah. In this interview, he answers a few questions about the Shariah & Fiqh, explains some of the ways he benefited from studying, and much more. He is currently working towards earning his PhD in Fiqh from the Islamic University of Madinah.

also Knowledge International University which is nearly same as IOU like same curriculum and most same teachers but I think IOU maybe better quality but I'm not sure I took the free diploma at IOU and degree section at KIU.

I always used to have a issue with the ijma point. I told my teachers it's not possible to have ijma in our time. There are hundreds or thousands of scholars in the world it's not possible for them all to come on a ijma. And ijma without evidence from Quraan and sunnah still is not to be accepted.

Defender of the Prophet Muhammad when was a consensus ever not from the quran and sunnah? but the consensuses of the scholars is a 3rd source of evidence to take from anyways in the deen

it is possible for them to come on a ijma if the matter is very obvious. since it is almost impossible and if there is any possibility of ruling being wrong, there would be scholars who differ. and hence ijma is strongest of all the sources in a sense. and also there are evidence from quran and hadith that ijma is a source.

The evidence from Qur'an exists but our prophet's hadeeth is now available only below one lakh but our's imams had memorized more than 10 lakhs and for our research we are taking hadeeths from saheeh Al bukhari and imam bukhari was choosed the mazhab (path) of imam shafi (r) for why?

in islamic university of medina, it takes 4 years minimum for bachelors, another 4 for masters and additional 5 years for phd in fiqh

Quallix it might depend on which faculty you go to. basically all take 4 years for bachelor's. for masters and PhD 2 years minimum or at least until you can finish your thesis.
