namaste ! I m from nepal! I got high cholestrol nd triglisites since 3years! Triglicides level reached up to 245. And my blood sugar level was 156 in fasting! in the morning of dhanteras(the day before laxmipooja)i knew about the importance of dhanteras, it was important for the birth of aarogye dev dhanwantari, that day i bought gaudhan ark from patanjali store, i took it 35ml. everymorning! Today i got my report that, my blood sugar level is 120 in fasting,, triglysides is 177, i m very happy! thank u !

Butter और घी(चाहे गाय का क्यों न हो) एकदम कम कर देना चाहिए।।दूध भी सबसे सस्ता(मलाई निकाला हुआ) पीना चाहिए।। मेरे triglycerides बहुत बढ़ गए थे और ldl भी,ये रोज bread पर लगा कर खाने से।। पनीर खाना भी खतरनाक है।।

Omega 3 is good for lowering LDL and triglycerides. I used omega 3 and now my LDL reduced to half i.e 73 and also triglycerides got half i.e 127. Sir i did practicle experiment. So how can you say omega 3 bad for heart. I can share my blood reports both before and after reports

Sir, great lecture series spoken in common man's language. What are your views on LCHF diet ? There are several people who had lot of health issues (including high sugar, BP, body pains etc.) who swear by LCHF diet's benefits and are doing good. Similarly, animals who are carnivores eat a lot of fat.

In my blood reports, total cholesterol is 140 and LDL is 57, HDL is 45, but the triglyceride is 220. now what I have to do? I am 5 foot 9 inches. Weight is 64 kg. I reduce my weight from 76 to 64 kg in the last 6 months. I didn't smoke nor alcohol, neither chewing tobacco. My sugar level is 65 empty stomach. My bp is below 120/80. I exercise a lot, but still, it doesn't reduce. It remains the same as I took the test 8 months before. Sir, now suggest to me what I can do? my age is 29
