Sir u have just xpalined the concept of Be ruled by saying that he is following all laws of state,, but u have not taken into consideration the another concept TO RULE. By this, citizen will use his reason and become automatically happy.? 🤔

Sir ...according to aristotle final telos of every human being is to live a happy and virtuous life but the persons (children,women and slaves)do not have reason so they can't perform rational activities and won't be able to fulfil their telos ...sir then ...how people like these would be able to lead a happy and virtuous life?

These people will follow the instructions of Rational people and thus can also behave in rational and virtuous way. It will be the responsibility of Rational people to make them virtuous .

My question is: if the laws of a state is bad, let's say, in my country there is a digital security act which bars freedom of speech in social media. How are we supposed to develop our moral virtues in this situation?

This conception of Aristotle is not applicable in present day. We need to understand contextually that for Aristotle State denoted supreme essence and if it was to ruled by people of reason then they would be less susceptible to making bad laws.
