Sambhavna, you have health issues and m sure the medications you take are high dosage. They can effect your hormones. So, from your side take care by removing plastic. Dont drink water from plastic bottles. Replace it with glass ones. Same with storage containers. Most people do not make this changes coz it is expensive. Hopefully, you can do it slowly slowly.
